By activating any promotional plan on sociallaunches.com, you enter into a binding agreement with SocialLaunches.
Our platform provides automated social media launch node dispatch, influencer co-syndication, and organic momentum acceleration. Subscribers retain full responsibility for the legality and accuracy of submitted promotional media.
GBP Subscription Billing & Recurring Charges
All service tiers (Starter: £25.89/mo, Pro: £72.13/mo, Enterprise: £259.28/mo) are billed strictly in Great British Pounds (GBP £) on a monthly recurring basis via PayPal.
Subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days unless canceled prior to the billing date through your PayPal account dashboard or by submitting a cancellation request to support@sociallaunches.com.
Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing launch nodes to broadcast deceptive content, malware, copyright-infringing materials, or unauthorized automated spam. Violation results in immediate node termination without refund.
Node Availability & Service Level Agreement
While SocialLaunches maintains a 99.8% uptime SLA, service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We are not liable for third-party social media platform policy updates or API rate limitations beyond our direct control.
